When I saw that the industry was missing someone who could teach hairdressers with practical usable advice and education, I knew that it was my calling. A whole lot of people that are teaching online right now, don't have the same experience or knowledge as me. A lot of them are not even successful hairdressers or salon owners and they have absolutely no experience being successful in our career... A lot of them are just marketers who target hairdressers to sell stuff... :(

I was thinking about what I wish I would have had when I was first starting out…. What would I have liked for someone to teach me or show me or explain to me about the industry to make it easier for me…...I have always apprenticed girls over my 30 years, and gave them amazing careers and taught them how to change their lives, so I just thought I would do this on a grander scale now and help more hairdressers reach their dreams….So here we are :)
